Turn 7, the discount retail store founded by Rick Forman of Forman Mills, is closing its Moorestown Mall location.
The store, which sells discounted items from companies’ overstock supplies, bankruptcies, closeout sales, and online returns, opened in 2021 at the former site of Lord & Taylor. The store will close by Friday, June 21, as its lease expires. Forman plans to liquidate $8 million worth of merchandise through a sale with discounts up to 90%, according to a company statement.
Despite the closure, the business may soon expand. Forman described the Moorestown Mall location as a proof of concept and aims to open five new stores within 18 months. He is considering both leasing and purchasing new locations for the brand.
